Introduction of "Hong Kong Pass" Commercial Service
(Only for Guangzhou Nansha Pilot Free Trade Zone)

In order to implement China's "Belt and Road" initiative and Mainland and Hong Kong on Closer Economic Partnership Arrangement (CEPA), to deepen business registration reform and to create a favorable business environment that is in line with international best practices, with approval from Guangzhou Nansha Administration Committee of China (Guangdong) Pilot Free Trade Zone and Guangzhou Administration for Industry and Commerce, this program was jointly set up on April 17, 2016 by Nansha New Zone (Nansha FTZ) Market Supervision Administration, Nansha New Zone (Nansha FTZ) Investment and Trade Promotion Bureau and Government Affairs Management Office of Guangzhou Nansha District People's Government, in collaboration with Chong Hing Bank Limited, Yuexiu Group and Guangzhou Nansha Investment Consulting Co., Ltd.

By making full use of the resources of Chong Hing Bank Limited, Yuexiu Group and Guangzhou Nansha Investment Consulting Co., Ltd and the service outlets available in Hong Kong, this program is designed to offer a series of commercial services to Hong Kong investors intending to launch their business in Nansha, such as business registration. This "Hong Kong Pass" commercial service provides an unprecedented opportunity for Hong Kong investors to invest in Nansha without leaving Hong Kong and a stress-free investment experience when things are under control.
