With the valid "UnionPay Chong Hing Card", RMB Cash Withdrawal Services can be carried out at the designated ATM of the Bank.

Note: Service charge will be imposed for cash withdrawal outside Hong Kong.

You can use your Chong Hing Card at any Chong Hing Bank or Jetco automatic teller machine to settle taxes, rates and the bills issued by the participating utility companies and merchants. You may also make your generous donation to "The Community Chest of Hong Kong" through this service as well. Transaction slip is available to give you a record of each transaction.

"Chong Hing Card" holder can use the direct debit facilities for payment of public utilities bills, taxes and rates and purchases of goods.
	Easy Pay System (EPS) By using your "Chong Hing Card", you may settle your purchase at any shop bearing the above EPS logo, and transaction slip(s) will be issued for your record.
	EPS EasyCash for Senior Citizens Elder by presenting their senior citizen card at designated stores which joined the “EPS EasyCash for Senior Citizens”^#1#2, can enjoy the service of “EPS EasyCash” to withdraw cash with their bank card^#3 with ATM function. No purchase is required in using this service. SMS Alert for ATM Card Transactions

To comply with the requirements of the Hong Kong Monetary Authority, the Bank has implemented additional control measures to enhance the security of local and overseas ATM card transactions. A SMS alert^ will be sent to your mobile phone recorded in the Bank for any of the below completed ATM card transaction exceeding the threshold amountⁱ set by the Bank in order to help you understand account activities as early as possible. Please ensure your mobile phone information recorded in the Bank is correct.

Waiver of overseas transaction(s) service charge is only applicable to the service charge levied by Chong Hing Bank for the transaction(s) processed outside Hong Kong and / or in currencies other than Hong Kong dollars.
Cash withdrawal via "UnionPay" ATM machines outside Hong Kong will be converted to Hong Kong Dollars and deducted from the registered Chong Hing Bank Hong Kong Dollars Saving Deposit Account. Handling fee of HK$25 per transaction will be charged on non-"JETCO" ATM machines in Hong Kong and "JETCO" and "UnionPay" ATM machines outside Hong Kong.
Daily transaction limit (include make purchase at merchants with "EPS" and "UnionPay" logos) is up to HK$35,000. For all foreign currency transactions (including transactions made outside Hong Kong and in Hong Kong) / cross-boundary transactions in Hong Kong Currency (including transactions made outside Hong Kong in Hong Kong Currency or transactions in Hong Kong Currency at any merchant that transactions are not settled in Hong Kong), shall be converted into Hong Kong Currency at the "UnionPay" exchange rate on the day the transaction is processed by "UnionPay" (if applicable).
Some JETCO ATMs with the casino functions (including ticket redemption, money exchange, etc.) located inside the Macau Casinos will still be in the process of chip-upgrade enhancement after the deadline of March 1st 2013. This particular type of JETCO ATMs will not offer service to the JETCO cardholders (a notice will be tagged on these non-chip-upgraded ATMs).
The limit of overseas ATM cash withdrawal of your Chong Hing Card will be pre-set as HK$0, you are required to activate the Overseas Transaction Activation function by setting the daily limit and its validity period in advance via ATMs with JETCO signage in Hong Kong, Macau or Mainland China or Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking Services.
