WELCOME GIFT TERMS & CONDITIONS
General Terms and Conditions:

Welcome gifts for principal cardholders are only applicable to applicants not holding any personal credit card issued by Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank") (including co-branded cards) in the past 12 months. |
2. |
Each principal card applicant is entitled to the welcome gift for not more than once upon card issuance. |
3. |
Once the welcome gift has been selected, cardholders cannot alter the selection or exchange the gift. |
4. |
If the applicant does not indicate the welcome gift preference, the welcome gift by default will be the ‘30,000 “Point-to-Gift” Bonus Points Rewards’ for principal cardholders. |
5. |
If the principal cardholder cancels the card within 13 months from the date of card issuance, the Bank reserves the right to debit the cost of the welcome gift from the cardholder's credit card account without any notice. |
6. |
The Bank reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of the above promotion from time to time without any notice. The relevant amendment will be available for reference at the Bank’s local branches or in its website. |
7. |
The Bank reserves the right of final decision in case of disputes. |
Welcome Gifts Terms and Conditions:
Donation of HK$150 to Wah Yan One Family Foundation Limited (“Wah Yan One Family”)
1. |
For principal cardholder with accumulated retail spending(s) and/ or cash advance(s)^ of HK$2,000 or above using the new Card within the first 2 months from its issuance, the Bank will credit a donation of HK$150 to Wah Yan One Family directly. |
2. |
The Bank will arrange for the donation to Wah Yan One Family within 2 months after fulfillment of the prescribed spending requirement by the principal cardholder. |
'30,000 “Point-to-Gift” Bonus Points'
1. |
Principal cardholder who has accumulated retail spending(s) and/ or cash advance(s)^ of HK$ 2,000 or above using the new Card within the first 2 months from its issuance will receive ‘30,000 “Point-to-Gift” Bonus Points’ as a welcome gift. |
2. |
The relevant bonus points will be credited to the principal cardholder's new Card account within 2 months upon fulfillment by the principal cardholder of the spending requirement as prescribed and will be shown in the new Card statement. |
^The accumulated retail spending(s) and/or cash advance(s) are counted according to the date of transaction(s). Eligible transactions exclude tax payments, Octopus Automatic Add-Value reloads, casino transactions, online bill payments, purchase and/or reload of stored value cards or e-Wallets, all installment payments, transactions without sales slips, credit card annual fees, interest/finance/service charges, late payment charges, falsified transactions, cancelled/ indemnified/refunded/returned transactions, transactions at charitable organisations, Apple Pay transactions and other transactions designated by the Bank from time to time.
