CREDIT CARDS BENEFITS
For every dollar you spend on retail transaction or Octopus Automatic Add-Value, you will be entitled to 1 bonus point. Points are valid for a maximum of three years. A full range of shopping as well as dining cash coupons are available for your redemption, making it easier for you to pick your favourites.
Remarks:
1. Eligible transactions do not include cash advances, tax payments, casino transactions, Chong Hing Bank online bill payments, purchase and / or reload of stored value cards or e-Wallets, all instalment payments, credit card annual fees, interest / finance / service charges, late payment charges, falsified / cancelled / indemnified / refunded transactions, transactions at charitable organizations and other transactions designated by Chong Hing Bank Limited (“Bank”) from time to time.
2. Transactions with Chong Hing UnionPay Dual Currency Credit Cards throughout Mainland China in real estate, automobiles, fuels, wholesale, grocery stores and supermarkets, household appliance shops, air tickets and transportation, hospital payments or school fees, government and government-related services fees, donations to charitable and social service organizations, and other transactions or spendings related to the above mentioned spending categories are not entitled to earn bonus points. The Bank reserves the right to change the above designated spending categories from time to time without prior notice.

| 3. | All terms and conditions of the Cardholder Agreement and other agreements as may be applicable to the Credit Cards shall, in addition to these terms and conditions, apply to the Program. In event of any inconsistencies among such terms and conditions, those of the Cardholder Agreement shall prevail. | ||
| 4. | The applicable expiry date of the bonus points will be shown on the Credit Card monthly statement. Bonus points not redeemed before their expiry date will lapse automatically without prior notice. Bonus points of a closed Credit Card account will be forfeited automatically without prior notice and are not eligible for redemption. | ||
| 5. | Bonus points are not transferable. Bonus points earned from various personal Credit Card accounts of the same individual Cardholder may be pooled together to redeem gifts. Bonus points accumulated at the supplementary Credit Card account must be pooled together with those of the principal Credit Card account for redemption by the principal Credit Card Cardholder. | ||
| 6. | Only those Cardholders whose Credit Card accounts are valid and in good credit standing are eligible to redeem their bonus points. In case there are insufficient bonus points at the Cardholder's Credit Card account, his redemption applied for will be cancelled automatically. | ||
| 7. | Accumulated bonus points will be stated in the latest monthly Credit Card statement. | ||
| 8. | The redemption for gifts will be subject to the availability of stock. The Bank reserves the right to replace any gift under the Program with another item without prior notice. Gifts redeemed shall be collected by the Cardholder at such place and time as designated by the Bank. | ||
| 9. | Application for redemption if accepted, cannot be cancelled or amended. The bonus points required will be immediately deducted from the Cardholder's designated Credit Card account and be shown on the next Credit Card monthly statement. | ||
| 10. | Bonus points cannot be exchanged for cash. | ||
| 11. | The cash coupons and other gifts under the Program redeemed will be subject to other terms and conditions shown on the respective coupons and ancillary documents. | ||
| 12. | The Bank will not be responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen cash coupons once redeemed. | ||
| 13. | The Bank accepts no liability for the supply or quality of the goods and services provided by the merchants involved in this program. | ||
| 14. | The Bank reserves the right to vary the contents, any of these terms and conditions of the Program or to terminate the Program from time to time without prior notice. The Bank's decision on any dispute under the Program shall be final and conclusive. | ||
| 15. | All information and data collected under this Program will be handled in accordance with the Bank's policy on handling personal data. | ||
| 16. | In case of any conflict between the English and the Chinese versions of the above terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail. | ||

Remark: Eligible transactions do not include cash advances, tax payments, casino chips transaction, Chong Hing Bank online bill payment and transaction, purchase and / or reload of stored value cards or e-Wallets, all instalment transactions, credit card annual fee, interest, finance and service charges, overdue charges, unposted or cancelled card transaction or any card transaction posted but subsequent reversed or refunded in whole or in part thereof, donation or such other transactions from time to time determined by Chong Hing Bank.
