Applying for Chong Hing Bank Internet Banking Services
1. | How do I apply? |

You can complete the "Internet Banking Application Form" and submit it in person to any of our branches.
For Joint Account, all primary account holders should sign the application form and the signature must be in conformity with the specimen signature of the primary account. |
2. | Why do I need to register my bank accounts to it? |
A: |
For "Single Authority", you may designate a maximum of 10 accounts in your Internet Banking Services profile. These may include HKD or Foreign Currency Savings Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Current, Credit Card and Bills accounts.
To amend your list of designated account(s), please complete the "Internet Banking Services Change Instruction(s) Form" and submit it in person to any of our branches. |
Chong Hing Internet Banking Services Online Activation
1. | How to use "Chong Hing Internet Banking Services Online Activation"? |

Personal account customer with valid “UnionPay Chong Hing Card”, simply click "Activation via ATM Card" on Chong Hing Internet Banking Services logon page and you will be guided through the activation process. Your account number, ATM PIN and Identification Document No are required for the activation.

2. | How long does it take to go through the activation process? |

The activation process requires only a few simple steps after selecting your card type:

3. | What can I do if I forget / lose my ATM PIN? |
A: |
For application of replacement Credit Card, please visit any branch of the Bank in person or call the Bank’s Credit Card Services Hotline at (852) 3768 8888. Important notes: If your Personalised Octopus Card with Automatic Add Value Service (AAVS) has been lost, please call the Lost Octopus Reporting Hotline at (852) 2266 2266 to report loss of your Octopus.

4. | Can I change my Logon Name and password? |

The Logon Name cannot be changed after activation. However, you may change your password by selecting "Change Password" under "My Settings" Section.

Add / Delete Account
1. | How to use "Add / Delete Account" on Internet Banking? |
A: |
Single Authority customer can manage administer his/her account(s) under the same signing authority, including HKD or Foreign Currency Savings Deposit account, Fixed Deposit account, Multi-Currency Savings account, Current account, Credit Card account and Investment account, as shown on Internet Banking and Mobile Banking by choosing "Add / Delete Account" under “My Setting” on Internet Banking. The account holder’s name and HKID number of the accounts should be the same as the account you used for Internet Banking registration.

2. | If I delete the display of one of my accounts on Internet Banking, can that account be added again? |
A: |
Yes, your designated account(s) under the same signing authority can be added back anytime on Internet Banking. These may include HKD or Foreign Currency Savings Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Multi-Currency Savings, Current and Credit Card account, but it does not applicable to Designated Primary Account and registered third party account.

3. | Can I delete the display of registered third party account via Internet banking? |

No. "Add/Delete Account" is not applicable to designated primary account and registered third party account. If you would like to update the display of registered Third Party Account, please visit any branch of the Bank in person or click here to submit application.

4. | Are there any maximum limit for number of accounts to be displayed on Internet Banking Account Overview? |
A: |
The maximum number of your accounts under the same signing authority to be displayed is 20, which includes HKD or Foreign Currency Savings Deposit, Fixed Deposit, Multi-Currency Savings, Credit Card and Current account. For Investment Account, there is no such limit.

Single Authority's customer can decrease the Maximum Aggregated Daily Transfer Limits by choosing "Transaction Limit Setting" under "My Settings" on Internet Banking.

2. | Can I set a higher daily cumulative transaction limit via Internet banking? |

No. If you would like to set a higher daily cumulative transaction limit, please visit any branch of the Bank in person or click here to submit application.
