Chong Hing Bank Personal Internet Banking has launched the registration service for third-party accounts. After logging in to internet banking to register third-party accounts, customers can use mobile banking or internet banking to make easy transfer and remittance at 24*7.

  • Multiple registration methods - Supports registration of third-party accounts with account number, mobile phone number, email address, and FPS id;
  • Simple and convenient operation - Personal customers can use the mobile security code to register a third-party account in internet banking (go to "My Settings" > "My Payees") without visiting branches. Support modifying or deleting registered third-party accounts;
  • Easy transfer and remittance--After successful registration, customers can transfer funds to local accounts and remit funds in multiple currencies to cross-border accounts through internet banking and mobile banking.

 

Note:

Newly registered third-party accounts and modifications to registered third-party accounts will be effective in 6 hours after completion of the operation; deletion of registered third-party accounts will be effective immediately.

 

User guideline

Step1.Log in to internet banking and select "My Settings-My Payee".

 

 

Step2.Click “+Register Payee”, and enter the payee information.

Step3.Confirm that the payee information is correct (The first and second high-risk transactions require OTP verification).

 

Step4.Use the bound mobile phone number to complete 2FA authentication (biometric authentication or 6 digit pin) to complete the registration of a third-party account.

 

Step5.Select "Transfer - Telegraphic Transfer" to remit funds to the registered payee, or select "Transfer"、"FPS" to make transfer to the registered payee.

 

 

  1. Where can I find the registration service for third-party account online?
    Customer can log in to Chong Hing Personal Internet Banking and select "My Settings-My Payee" to enter the service page.

  1. Can mobile banking be used to register third-party account services?
    No, currently you can only register third-party account services through Chong Hing Personal Internet Banking. You can view registered third-party account information by logging in to mobile banking.

  1. What types of customers can register third-party accounts through internet banking?
    Customers need to open Chong Hing Internet Banking and activate two-factor authentication and mobile security code services.

  1. Will registering a third-party account for internet banking take effect immediately?
    Newly registered third-party accounts and modifications to registered third-party accounts will take effect in 6 hours after completion of the operation. Deletion of registered third-party accounts will take effect immediately.

  1. Do customers need to submit an application form to register third-party account services via internet banking?
    No.

  1. Is there any service time limit for registering a third-party account in internet banking?
    No.

  1. What operations can customers perform for registered third-party accounts?
    Customers can modify or delete registered third-party accounts, and can also transfer or remit funds to registered third-party accounts via internet banking or mobile banking.
