Branch Operations (Assistant Manager / Manager / Assistant Vice President)
Responsibilities:
- Supervise the counter services to ensure smooth and efficient branch operations
- Enhance customer services quality and assist in resolving customer complaints
- Prevent misconduct by checking and monitoring the daily operations
- Provide recommendation on the improvement of branch operation and work processes
- Ensure the branch operates in compliance with the bank’s policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Secondary education or above
- Minimum 5 years’ solid experience in Retail Banking Operations
- Solid knowledge of banking operation procedures, general banking products and regulatory requirements
- Customer-oriented with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Mature, independent and able to work under pressure
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Manager, Branch Operations
