Assistant Relationship Manager
Responsibilities:
- Promote wide range of consumer banking products and services to customers and solicit new business opportunities to achieve the branch business goals
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate banking services and solutions
- Provide efficient and high quality services to customer with a professional manner
- Ensure all the activities are conducted in compliance with the Bank's policies, procedures, guidelines and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma holder or above
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience in Retail Banking sales, specifically in selling insurance products
- Candidates with experience in selling investment products will be given priority considerations
- Possess the qualifications of IIQE
- Qualification in HKSI is preferred
- Proven track record in marketing and selling banking products
- Familiar with retail banking products and the operation procedures
- Strong service and sales orientation, self-motivated with good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese, fluent in Putonghua is an advantage
- Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF-RWM) qualification is preferable
- Candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Personal Banking Manager
