Notice of Addition of Trading Channels and Extension of Service Hours for Banking Services

 

To provide customers with more comprehensive and convenient online services, Chong Hing Bank (the “Bank”) would like to inform you of the following enhancements to our online platforms, effective from 23 March 2026:

  • Addition of trading channels: Internet Banking and Mobile Banking are now available for Currency Linked Investment - FX Swap, together with their corresponding trading times.
  • Extension of service hours: Currency Linked Deposit and Foreign Exchange services on our online platforms will have extended trading times.

 

Details of the trading times via Internet Banking and Mobile Banking

Currency Linked Investment - FX Swap: Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Currency Linked Deposit: Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 am – 8:00 pm (except Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays)

Foreign Exchange: Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am – 10:00 pm, Saturdays: 8:30 am – 1:00 pm (except Sundays and public holidays)
