Eligibility
From 10 June 2024 to 30 September 2024, corporate customers who have successfully completed any of the following designated task and met the detailed requirement of each task will automatically be entitled to a designated number of lucky draw chances:

Corporate Internet Banking Smart Phone Lucky Draw – Terms and Conditions
| 1. | The promotion period is from 10 June 2024 to 30 September 2024 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). | ||
| 2. | This promotion is only applicable to the corporate customers ("Eligible Participants") of Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank"). | 3. | During the Promotion Period, Eligible Participants who have successfully completed any of the following designated task and met the detailed requirement of each task will automatically be entitled to a designated number of lucky draw chances:

| 5. | The number of lucky draw chances of each Eligible Participant will be accumulated during the Promotion Period. All lucky draw winners (“Winners”) will be randomly selected by the Bank’s computer system. | ||
| 6. | Each Eligible Participant is not allowed to receive the Prize for more than once during the Promotion Period. | ||
| 7. | The Bank will announce the lucky draw result by posting a notice through its Corporate Internet Banking and Corporate Mobile Banking and arrange the Prize collection on or before 30 November 2024 subject to compliance with these Promotional Terms and Conditions. Prize collection details as follows: Grand Prize and 2nd Prize: Winners will receive a notification of the lucky draw result and Prize collection details on or before 30 November 2024 via the contact phone number/email address/mobile phone number of the Winner’s company registered with the Bank. 3rd Prize: Cash reward will be credited to the HKD savings account or current account held by the Winner. If the Winner holds more than one HKD savings account or current account, the account to be credited for the cash reward will be decided at the sole discretion by the Bank. |

| 8. | Winner shall continue to be a customer for the Bank’s Corporate Internet Banking and maintain a HKD savings account or current account with the Bank at the time when the cash reward is credited thereto or the Prize is distributed, otherwise, the relevant cash reward will be forfeited or deemed as waived by the Winner automatically without notice. | ||
| 9. | If any Winner is disqualified, the Bank reserves the right to replace such Winner with another lucky draw winner. | ||
| 10. | Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other gifts. | ||
| 11. | The Bank is not the supplier of the Prizes and is not responsible for the quality of the Prizes provided by the suppliers. The Winners should contact the Prize’s suppliers directly and resolve the issue themselves. | ||
| 12. | If the stock of relevant Prizes are sold out or otherwise not available, the Bank reserves the right to replace them with other gifts at any time, and the value and type of such gifts may be different from the Prizes. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall prevail and binding on the Winners. | ||
| 13. | The Bank’s records including without limitation the transaction’s relevant particulars, dates and amounts will be conclusive such as to the amount and date on which transactions are effected. Any transaction unposted, not duly executed, cancelled or refunded (where applicable) will not be counted as designated task. | ||
| 14. | Application of the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance is excluded. No third party is entitled to enforce or enjoy the right or benefit of this promotion or any of the provisions of these Promotional Terms and Conditions. | ||
| 15. | The Bank reserves the right to change, suspend or terminate this promotion and change these Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time without any notice. The latest details of this promotion and the revised Promotional Terms and Conditions will be made available on the Bank’s website and/or communicated to the customers concerned by other means and at such time as the Bank may decide at its sole discretion. In case of any disputes, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive on the customers, participants, Eligible Participants and Winners concerned. | ||
| 16. | This Promotion is available within the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region of the People’s Republic of China (“Hong Kong”) only, which ancillary matters including these Promotional Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. | ||
| 17. | These Promotional Terms and Conditions will only be available for access and download through the Bank's website during the Promotion Period, and no paper-based format will be provided by the Bank. Where needed, please save the relevant information for future reference, otherwise customers may not be able to access or download it again subsequent to the expiry of the Promotion Period. | ||
| 18. | In case of any inconsistency between the English and Chinese versions of these Promotional Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail. |
