From 1 September 2025 to 30 November 2025, eligible customers who successfully complete a FCY exchange fixed deposit via Chong Hing Mobile Banking can participate in the lucky draw once^. ^ Each eligible customer can get a maximum of 2 lucky draw chances in the same calendar month, and a maximum of 6 lucky draw chances during the entire promotion period.

 

Lucky Draw Procedures

Step 1 • Click “FCY Exchange Fixed Deposit” on the homepage to enter the Transaction page.

Step 2 • After the transaction is completed, follow the instructions to finish the lucky draw. The lucky draw result will be displayed on the page immediately.

Chong Hing Bank FCY Exchange Fixed Deposit Lucky Draw - Terms and Conditions

1.	The promotion for the FCY Exchange Fixed Deposit Lucky Draw ("Promotion") of Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank") is from 1 September 2025 to 30 November 2025 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period").
2.	This Promotion is only applicable to all personal customers of Chong Hing Mobile Banking ("Eligible Customers").
3.	During the Promotion Period, customers who conduct a single eligible transaction ("Eligible Transaction", as defined in Clause 4 below) via Chong Hing Mobile Banking will be entitled to one lucky draw entry. Under all circumstances, each Eligible Customer may receive (a) no more than 2 lucky draw entries within the same calendar month; and (b) no more than 6 lucky draw entries throughout the entire Promotion Period.
4.	An Eligible Transaction refers to a customer successfully opening a FCY exchange fixed deposit transaction via Chong Hing Mobile Banking during the Promotion Period. The minimum amount for the designated fixed deposit to be opened： Currency Amount HKD 100,000 CNY 100,000 USD 12,000 CAD 17,000 AUD 20,000 NZD 20,000 GBP 10,000
5.	The transaction date, time, exchange rate, exchange amount, and other details of Eligible Transactions, as well as the total amount and number of FCY exchange fixed deposit, shall be subject to the Bank's records. In the case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision. The Bank reserves the sole discretion to revise the method of calculating transaction amounts without prior notice to customers. In the case of any disputes regarding the Promotion, the Bank's decision (including but not limited to the determination of Eligible Transactions, proper completion of lucky draw procedures, and interpretation of these terms and conditions) shall be final and binding.
6.	Lucky Draw Procedures: a) Customers must conduct an Eligible Transaction via the Chong Hing Mobile Banking during the Promotion Period; b) After completing the Eligible Transaction, customers must immediately click "Lucky Draw" on the transaction completion page; c) Complete the lucky draw according to the instructions on the page; d) The lucky draw result and prize details will be displayed immediately; e) Customers who receive e-vouchers may redeem the prize by presenting the QR code at the relevant merchants within the specified period; f) Customers who receive cash vouchers must collect them within the validity period of the cash vouchers and redeem them into their selected HKD savings deposit account or HKD current check deposit account (designated account). Uncollected cash vouchers after the expiry date will not be reissued or compensated.
7.	Customers must enter the lucky draw page and complete the lucky draw immediately after completing the Eligible Transaction. Otherwise, the lucky draw entry will be automatically cancelled or deemedforfeited, and under no circumstances can the lucky draw entry be reclaimed.
8.	For the lucky draw prizes ("Prizes"), please refer to Table 1. Prizes are non - transferable, non - returnable, cannot be exchanged for other gifts/vouchers or converted into cash（Except the grand and the fifth prize）. The Bank reserves the right to replace the prizes with other gifts of equivalent value without prior notice. The number of prizes is limited. Once they are all claimed, no further notice will be given.
9.	Eligible Customers must maintain a valid current account, savings account, or multi-currency savings account with the Bank during the Promotion Period.
10.	Eligible Customers must remain as digital banking customers of the Bank during the Promotion Period.
11.	The Bank is not the supplier of the prizes and makes no representations/ statements/ warranties regarding the prizes (and their related services). The Bank shall not be liable for any issues related to the prizes, and customers should contact the suppliers directly.
12.	Any fraudulent, false, unauthorised, cancelled, or rejected transactions will not be considered as Eligible Transactions for the lucky draw. Eligible Customers participating in this Promotion must not have any abuse/violation; otherwise, the Bank may cancel or not award the prize to the winner.
13.	Customers are responsible for any relevant data charges incurred from using Chong Hing Mobile Banking.
14.	The lucky draw is an online activity. The Bank shall not be liable for any suspension, delay, or interruption of the lucky draw process due to any technical or network failures.
15.	The Bank reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate this Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without any notice.
16.	These terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to this Promotion, all matters related thereto, and these terms and conditions.
17.	In case of any discrepancy between the Chinese and English versions of these Terms and Conditions, the English version shall prevail.
