FCY Exchange Fixed Deposit and Joint Account Fixed Deposit Lucky Draw - Terms and Conditions
| 1. | Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank") launches the FCY Exchange Fixed Deposit and Joint Account Fixed Deposit Lucky Draw ("Promotion"), which runs from 22 May 2026 to 31 July 2026 (both dates inclusive) ("Promotion Period"). | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 2. | This Promotion is applicable only to individual customers of Chong Hing Mobile Banking ("Eligible Customers"). | 3. | During the Promotion Period, customers who conduct a single eligible transaction (“Eligible Transaction”(as defined in Clause 4 below), via Chong Hing Mobile Banking will be entitled to one lucky draw entry. Under any circumstances, each Eligible Customer may receive up to 2 lucky draw entries per calendar month for Eligible Transactions under “Foreign Exchange Time Deposit” and “Time Deposit” respectively, with a maximum of 12 entries in total throughout the entire Promotion Period. If Customer A, who holds a both-to-sign joint account, opens a Time Deposit with that account, the lucky draw entry will be attributed to Customer B, who holds the both-to-sign joint account and executes the final confirmation of the transaction. In the same calendar month, if two joint account holders each open a Time Deposit via the both-to-sign joint account and confirm the transaction for one another, both customers may receive up to 4 lucky draw entries in total (2 entries each). Even if a customer holds multiple both-to-sign joint accounts, the maximum lucky draw entries obtainable through such transactions remain capped at 2. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 4. | Eligible Transaction refers to an Eligible Customer successfully opening, via Chong Hing Mobile Banking during the Promotion Period, either a FCY Exchange Fixed Deposit transaction with an individual account, or a Fixed Deposit with a both-to-sign joint account. a. | 5. | The transaction date, time, exchange rate, exchange amount, and other details of any Eligible Transaction, as well as the total amount and number of FCY Exchange Fixed Deposit with an individual account and Fixed Deposit with a both-to-sign joint account, shall be subject to the Bank's records. In the case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right of final decision. The Bank also reserves sole discretion to revise the calculation method of any transaction amount without prior notice to customers. For any disputes regarding the Promotion, the Bank's decision (including but not limited to matters concerning Eligible Transactions, proper completion of lucky draw procedures, and interpretation of these terms and conditions) shall be final and binding. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 6. | Lucky Draw Procedures: a) Customers must conduct an Eligible Transaction via the Chong Hing Mobile Banking during the Promotion Period; b) Upon completion of the Eligible Transaction, customers must immediately click "Lucky Draw" on the transaction completion page; c) Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the lucky draw; d) The lucky draw result and prize details will be displayed instantly on the page; e) Customers who win cash vouchers must redeem them within the validity period of the cash vouchers (Login to Chong Hing Mobile Banking >My>Promotions and Rewards>My Prize), and transfer the voucher amount to their selected HKD savings deposit account or HKD current check deposit account (designated account). Expired vouchers will not be reissued or compensated. |

| 7. | Customers must enter the lucky draw page immediately after completing the Eligible Transaction to complete the lucky draw. Otherwise, the lucky draw entry will be automatically cancelled or deemed forfeited, and under no circumstances can the entry be reinstated. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 8. | For the lucky draw prizes ("Prizes"), please refer to Table 1. Prizes are non-transferable, non-returnable, and cannot be exchanged for other gifts/vouchers. The Bank reserves the right to substitute any Prize with another of equivalent value without prior notice. Prizes are limited in quantity and will no longer be available once the quota is filled, without further notice. |

| 9. | Eligible Customers must maintain a valid current account, savings account, or multi-currency savings account with the Bank during the Promotion Period. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||

| 11. | Any fraudulent, false, unauthorised, cancelled, or rejected transactions will not be regarded as Eligible Transactions for the lucky draw. Eligible Customers participating in this Promotion must not be involved in any abuse/violation; otherwise, the Bank may cancel or withhold the Prize. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 12. | Customers are responsible for any data charges incurred when using Chong Hing Mobile Banking. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 13. | The lucky draw is an online activity. The Bank shall not be liable for any suspension, delay, or interruption of the lucky draw process caused by technical or network failures. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 14. | The Bank reserves the right to suspend, modify, or terminate the Promotion or these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 15. | These terms and conditions of the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance shall not apply to this Promotion, all matters related thereto, and these terms and conditions. | ||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||||
| 16. | Unless otherwise expressly specified, the Bank’s Account Terms subject to change from time to time by the Bank shall also apply to the Promotion, the updated copies of which are available at any Hong Kong branch of the Bank or on its website at www.chbank.com. | 17. | In case of any inconsistencies between the Chinese and English versions of these terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail. |
