1. | The “Logon to e-Banking to Get Reward” programme ("Promotion") offered by Chong Hing Bank Limited (the "Bank") is subject to all the following terms and conditions. “e-Banking Services” refer to the Bank’s Chong Hing Mobile Banking /Internet Banking Services. |
2. | The period of the Promotion is from 6 August 2021 to 28 January 2022, both days inclusive ("Promotion Period"). |
3. | Eligibility: The Promotion is only available to Personal Customer (Single Authority) who has never logged on to Chong Hing Mobile Banking/Internet Banking Service before the Promotion Period ("Eligible Customer"). Customer who has performed his/her first time logon to the Bank’s e-Banking Services during the Promotion Period is entitled to get a HK$20 e-voucher ("Reward") immediately on Chong Hing Mobile Banking. The deadline of getting the Reward is 28 January 2022. Unredeemed e-voucher after promotion period will be deemed as waived automatically. |
4. | The Bank reserves the right to replace the Reward by other gifts of equivalent or greater value without any notice. |
5. | No Eligible Customer will be entitled to more than one Reward. |
6. | The Bank’s record in its system for Customer’s eligibility shall be deemed as conclusive and final. |
7. | If the Account of the Eligible Customer is a joint account, all account holders must have never logged on to the Bank's e-banking Services before the Promotion Period to be eligible for the Reward. |
8. | Eligible Customer’s current account or savings account with the Bank shall hold valid throughout the Promotion Period. |
9. | Eligible Customer shall have to remain as a customer of the Bank's e-banking Services throughout the Promotion Period. |
10. | The Bank is not the supplier of the Reward. Any enquiries or complaints of the state, quality and conditions of the Reward or the services provided relating thereto shall be directed to the relevant suppliers, and the Bank shall have no liability or bear any responsibility in respect thereof. The Bank does not make and will not make any representation or warranty for the Reward (including the services ancillary thereto). |
11. | The Reward cannot be transferred, returned, exchanged for other coupons or redeemed for cash and is subject to its suppliers’ terms and conditions. |
12. | The Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Ordinance does not apply to these terms and conditions. |
13. | The Bank reserves the right to amend, vary, supplement, terminate or suspend any of all these terms and conditions at any time without any notice at its sole discretion. 4. | Cloud Rate” refers to the interest rates of Fixed Deposit placed by personal customers via Chong Hing Mobile Banking/Internet Banking Services of the Bank. The actual “Cloud Rate” will be subject to the quotes by the Bank from time to time. 5. | Fixed Deposit uplifted before maturity is not eligible for any Reward. No interest will be payable for the fixed deposit uplifted before maturity and relevant premature uplifting charges will be charged to the customer. | |||||||||||||||||||||
6. | All particulars of the transaction date, transaction time and transaction values of the Fixed Deposit for purpose of the Promotion will be based on the Bank’s records, which shall be binding on customers save for manifest error. The Bank’s final decision in case of dispute shall be binding on customers. | |||||||||||||||||||||
7. | Each “Eligible Customer” may enjoy Reward under both tenors of the 7 Days and 3 Months Fixed Deposit Promotion respectively for not more than once each during the Promotion Period. | |||||||||||||||||||||
8. | The Reward granted by the Bank will be credited to the savings or current accounts of the Eligible Customers with the Bank on or before 31 March 2022. To be eligible for the Reward, the customers (a) must not have terminated or withdrawn the relevant Fixed Deposit prematurely, and (b) must maintain a valid Chong Hing Mobile Banking/Internet Banking account with the Bank which is of good standing at the time when the Reward are credited thereto; otherwise the Reward shall be cancelled or deemed as waived automatically without any notice, in which case the Eligible Customer will not be entitled to receive the Reward in all circumstances. | |||||||||||||||||||||
9. | Reward shall not be exchanged for other gifts, and are also non-refundable, non-transferrable and not for sale. | |||||||||||||||||||||
10. | Directors and employees of the Bank are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. | |||||||||||||||||||||
11. | The decision of the Bank on all matters relating to the Promotion, Eligible Customers, eligibility to the Reward and the Reward shall be final and binding on all parties concerned. In case of any dispute, the decision of the Bank shall be final and conclusive. | |||||||||||||||||||||
12. | The Promotion, the Reward and other relevant rewards are also subject to the Account Terms, other terms and conditions of the relevant products or services of the Bank as may be updated from time to time.
